Tax Compliance That Lives Inside Your ERP
Most firms give you either a tax adviser or an ERP consultant. The gap between them is where penalties grow. Our tax practice does both jobs at once: we manage your Saudi tax obligations – corporate income tax, Zakat, VAT and withholding tax – and we configure your systems so the numbers in your returns and the numbers in your ledgers are the same numbers.
The Obligations We Manage
Corporate income tax and Zakat
CIT at 20 percent on profits attributable to non-Saudi/non-GCC ownership; Zakat at 2.5 percent on the Zakat base for Saudi/GCC ownership; mixed entities assessed proportionately. Annual returns due within 120 days of year end – we prepare, compute and support filing.
VAT
Standard rate 15 percent; mandatory registration above SAR 375,000 annual taxable supplies; monthly filing for larger businesses (above SAR 40 million) and quarterly otherwise, due by the end of the following month. We handle registration, return preparation, reconciliations and filing.
Withholding tax
On payments to non-residents at headline rates of 5, 15 or 20 percent by category (see our Compliance and Regulations page for the table), remitted within the first ten days of the month following payment, with annual reconciliation and treaty-relief support.
Transfer pricing disclosures
Support for the disclosure obligations that accompany returns, in coordination with your advisors.

Zakat or corporate tax - which applies to us?
Ownership decides: Saudi/GCC share bears Zakat, foreign share bears CIT, mixed companies pay both proportionately. We calculate it precisely from your structure.
Can you take over filings completely?
Yes – many clients hand us the full compliance calendar; you review and approve, we prepare and file [verify authorised-agent arrangements].
What if we have past-due or incorrect filings?
A health check first, quantified exposure second, and a correction plan third – handled discreetly and quickly.
Rates and rules change. How current is this page?
Figures reflect the framework as commonly applied at the time of writing; engagement advice is always based on current law. This page is information, not formal tax advice.
