Discover and assess

Design and blueprint

Phase 3
Build and configure
The system is configured around how your business actually works, with customisation kept deliberately lean to protect upgradeability. Integrations and reports are developed in parallel, with progress visible to you throughout.
Phase 4
Validate
Structured testing – functional, integration, and user acceptance – plus at least one full data-migration rehearsal and a compliance dry run (for example, ZATCA sandbox validation) before anyone talks about go-live.

Deploy and go live
A rehearsed cutover plan with clear rollback criteria, on-site or remote go-live support, and hypercare in the first weeks when questions peak.

Support and optimise
